Monthly Events

These events are the heart and soul of NYREIA. Every month you have the opportunity to attend a workshop with your fellow Investors and our Business Associates. There is also ample time to schmooze and network. Many of our Business Associates elect to participate in a "trade show" like forum and host a table. This makes it easy for you to meet the business experts that can solve your unique business challenges. The structured networking session concludes with members presenting the properties they have for sale to the entire membership during our "deal maker" segment. The general session includes a guest speaker that is an expert in a specific area of real estate investing as well as a question and answer period. Come early and learn from experts on a specific topic in our pre-meeting workshop. There is no other organization in New York State that brings individuals and organizations interested in investing in real estate together with the business community that supports them every month! Create your network and support group that will help make you successful!

To assist our members with building their team and forming their network, NYREIA has a Business Associate membership for businesses that offer services and products that real estate investors need. Business Associates are invited to join NYREIA based on member referral and satisfactory completion of our evaluation process. Many of our Business Associates and vendors offer discounts or special offers to NYREIA members. Our Business Associates attend our monthly meetings, making it easier for you to network with them. Education, Workshops, Seminars and more…

Increasing your knowledge and improving your skills will make you a more successful investor. We currently offer several classes and many workshops through our Education Providers in foreclosure, short sales, tax liens, probate, 1031 property exchanges and more. Government Services

NYREIA plans to hire a local lobbyist to represent the needs of the real estate investors in the legislative and executive branches at our State Capitol. Our desire is to understand issues or potential legislation that may affect real estate investing and communicate that information to our membership. We need our collective voices to be heard on issues that affect our industry.

NYREIA members receive discounts from a variety of local and national businesses. These discounts increase your R.O.I.'s. Specifics of each discount are limited to members and require a NYREIA membership to participate.

Weekly E-Magazine "In the Know"
The NYREIA magazine is published weekly and contains tips on investing, topical articles from experts on subjects important to you, updates on legislation affecting the real estate investor and other important information.
NYREIA Volunteer Opportunities
Members have the opportunity to volunteer in specific areas of interest to a subset of membership or the entire group. Volunteer opportunities include helping at monthly meetings or in the office and facilitating a subgroup. Members earn credit for volunteering. Credits may be used towards discounts on continuing education classes, seminars and other items and events.

Community Programs
NYREIA will involve the Association, its members and the broader real estate investing community in worthwhile community programs or projects that:
1. Deliver valuable service to the community and members,
2. Create a "sense of community,
3. Promotes NYREIA's positive vision and mission.
